What is different about our church capital campaign?

Most capital campaign consulting consulting firms are expensive, and while many provide a good return on investment, it simply does not have to cost as much as most charge! As a capital campaign consultant, we typically deliver entire campaigns with all the associated costs of kick-off events, promotional material design and printing, postage, Sunday school materials, and more, for less than what most big-name firms charge just for their time! This is not to say that they are a bad investment, especially if you are a very large church, it is not necessarily the best investment.
You should have access to a consultant that will help apply the wisdom of experience, but you don't necessarily need an overly complex (and expensive) capital campaign consulting engagement.
